In 2017, we have worked with Little Prince Storage to develop a website and a storage unit rental management system (RMS). Main purpose was to cope with the need of storage unit owner, dealing with every aspects of storage unit rental management.
Deploying an cutting edge automated system, after new clients sign contract for storage unit, the process has become incredibly easy and automated to handle mundane and trivial tasks, like rent payment reminder to tenants, electricity cost calculation, and reminder for contract renewal etc.
We have also created a bird's-eye view dashboard for staff oversee their storage units. Incorporating floor plan to the dashboard design allows quick access to the status of a unit, either rented, on hold or available.
